The kids have a way cool dad, he took them to pick out a hamster:) They all sit in a circle and let it run in the ball between the all!!!

 AJ discovered the iPad, and loves the little phonics\animal game. I let him play the other night trying to get him to go to sleep, he ended up playing for 2 hrs laying next to me on the bed! I can't get over how cute his little fingers are on the screen!!

 The boy sleeps with us every night, most the time when Lee is on shift I don't mind having him cuddle with me, this particular night I am pretty sure i ended up with no room on the bed:)

 Yuck weather has been horrible, hot,   and humid and the trips to phoenix seriously are miserable!!!! Especially with leather seats!! ouchie!!

 I am so amazed and sad how fast this pregnancy went by, 35 weeks on monday, and I am pretty sure It'll only be a few weeks (like 2 maybe) after that before Baby B makes his arrival!

 instead of going to phoenix we took a trip up the mountain to beautiful prescott!! 88 degrees and gorgeous!! Ariel and hailee had so chore money they wanted to buy books with and so we headed to the mall only to find barnes and noble had closed, and in its place lunier golf! I despise golf and so daddy took all four kids to play golf while I got to walk around and shop at the  mall!!! sweet!!!!!

Sometimes I forget how gorgeous inside and out this girl is! she has a heart of gold, and Im so blessed God entrusted her to me!

 What was I thinking scheduling maternity photo shoot in az in july!!!! ugh it was hot 107 right before hailee and I got out of the car to get started!!! But I am so excited to see the pictures!!!

 School shopping for Ariel = so stressful, finally I gave up and sent her momma a picture of the shorts, that ariel thought were to long! Crazy child! I had never been so happy that Hailee wears uniforms to here school, and totally give Nicki props for patience during school clothes shopping with a pre-teen!

 I have been dying for a farmhouse\work bench island for our kitchen I lve the rustic look mixed with modern and after stalking craigslist and thrift stores with no luck, I finally found the perfect one! It had been in the huge shed we just got rid of the entire time!!!! I am so excited to finish it up, along with the rest of the kitchen!!!!

  I have no words these boys own my heart and are so so so adorable!!!

35 weeks...

35 weeks yep I can't believe it!! Time has flown by, Im actually a little sad its almost over. Its our last baby, and well Im a Little sad I will never feel a little baby in me again!! Anyways little Brantlee Scott is definitely growing, we had his last ultrasound a week ago and he weighed 4 lbs 3 oz., he is already almost the same size Adrian was when he was born( 4 lbs 8 ozs) so Im thinking he'll be about 6 lbs when he arrives!!! I haven't decided if I want to go for the elective c-section, or try a vbac? They both have cons and negatives! I however better figure it out soon, because honestly I think he'll be here around 37-38 weeks!!!
Either way I have been nesting like a crazy person, and have a few projects to come back to show you tomorrow!!!!!

This week has been long, we have hardly seen Lee, he has been working, working, and more worrking. between the firehouse, and the ambulance crew he has been busy!!

This being hailee's last week in school, and before Lee went back to work for 3 days we decided to take the kids out to box canyon and let them play and lee and I relax a little, how can you not relax out here?? perfectly quiet!!!

The little man would not sleep anywhere, but in my arms while i edited pictures! talk about multi-tasking!!!

These two are cousins, but pretty sure the little blondies could pass for brothers!!

Sadiest part of the week, my sister and her family moving to Wyoming, breaks my heart that little quincy won't be around! I love that little man!!! oh and my sister too:)

Happiest part of my week Hailee girl's last day of school!!!!!We will be working on our summer fun list this week!!!

patience and positive thinking

Lately I have been irritable, not just a little 29 weeks pregnant irritable, ALOT irritable. With my husband, with my kids, with everyone really. The people that get the main part of the craptastic attitude though, are the ones that are by far the most important, least deserving ones. My family!
So while researching the internet I came across an Ebook called Mindset for Moms by Jamie C. Martin. So I went ahead downloaded in ibooks and started reading, thinking I would get a Chapter in and be done with it. I have never been big on reading the "self help books" but by chapter three, I was hooked it made sense, the more I keep reading it made even more sense!
Here's a few of my favorite excerpts:

I can't say that I will never yell and scream again, because in reality thats a lie. I don't want to sow anger into my children, I want to sow kindness, gentleness, patience and positive thinking. I can say that I am going to try my best to be patient with them, and remember that they are young and need my guidence as there mommy, and remember how blessed I AM to be given the chance to be their mom!

I'm back!!

So long time no talk! Right? Our lives have been hectic, depressing at some points, and totally surprising, and happy at others! So is life I guess, it's a roller coaster ride, and I'm finally ready to crawl back out of my hole and enjoy the ride!! I have a ton to share with you so I hope you come back soon!!!

Day 9 I am thankful for quiet time, just me with my littlest baby asleep next to me on the couch, and my two others tucked in tight in their beds.. quiet, peaceful, perfect:) ;

30 days of thanks!

Day 7   I am so very thankful for coffee, it helps me stay up far later than I should on the days that Lee is at work, working on various, random craft projects!


Day 8   On those late nights I am also super thankful for GAC country music channel, it keeps me entertained when I take breaks from said crafts:)

Day 6 I am thankful for technology, without it I wouldn't keep up with half the friends and family I do now. I have never been good at writeing letters or talking on the phone so its either email, fb, or text messages for me:)

Day 5 I am thankful for puzzles, chips and salsa, and guitar hero, and early bedtime for the kiddos, and quiet time with the husband, well not really quiet time, but time with just me and him! It doesn't happen very often but when it does its amazing!

Today I am thankful for a messy, beautiful, chaotic, lived in home! I love coming home to our house its cozy warm and welcoming! I love seeing all the black and white photos of our life on the walls I love curling up with lee and the kiddos on our couches that ussually have 20 pillows and blankets stacked on them! I love it all!!! But most of all I love.............

DAy 3 what am I thankful for?

I am super duper thankful for my husband, 8 yrs, and 4 kids later, he is still my rock, my love, and still to this day gives me butterflies in my tummy!

Today I am Thankful for my sister! I am so blessed to be able to say that my sister and my best friend are all in one!! She is always there for me to calm me down, cheer me up, and make me laugh until i cry! She is am amazing aunt to my kiddos, and I love her dearly!!

30 days of thanks! Day 1

November, sweet november how I love you! November is probably my favorite month out of the yr, besides march because its my bday, but thats besides the point! Anyways I love november full blown fall, hot chocolate by the fire, we can finally use our fire pit:) pumkins, cinnamon , the decorations the ffamily get togethers, all of it I LOVE IT!!!!
This year I want to start 30 days of thankfulness, everyday I will post soemthing that I am thankful for. Feel free to join in!

Today at this moment I am thankful for Gods timing, its perfect. Even when sometimes I think that things should happen at a certain time, and get upset when they dont, I sit pray and remember that God Has PERFECT timing he has a plan and its a wonderful plan.

November

It's hard to believe November is already here, it seems like I was just barely writing about getting ready for THIS trip. I guess time flies when you are having fun!!!!!!!!
 Anyways back to the orginal point of this post! Halloween of course! We truly had a blast. Ussually we stick around town for halloween but it was getting pretty boring, so we decided to change it up! Plus this was the last yr that we would have ARiel on halloween before she was a teenager ( we rotate off every yr with her mom) so we wanted to make it special!

As a kid I wasn't EVER aloud to celebrate H-ween but always had this picture stuck in my head of tree lined falling leave streets, it being nice and cool, tons of people all in costume, and decorated house ect.

Well last night thats exactly what we got!!!!

People went all out in prescott!! Mt. Vernon is the main road we hit, its a road I swore Id have a house on when I grew up! I didnt realize that house had a hefty price tag of about 400000-800000! Yikes!!! Im still dreaming:)

This maze was so fun! I screamed the kids screamed and aj well he was throwing punches at anyone who tried to scary him..no seriously he was!!! We had a fabulous night hope every one else did too! Now on to thanksgiving!

This morning little Aj got up and decided he needed to go help daddy work on his new jeep, so 630 in the morning momma gets up and gets him dressed. He has a new fasination with charlees cowboy hat, so momma buts it on and he heads out. He was so adorable I ran back inside and grab my camera.
